Return & Delivery Policy

At Skin Fairy Aesthetics, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into every order. Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made in-store or online are considered final sale. We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

Please be sure to review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Skin Fairy Aesthetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or missing apartment/unit number.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Skin Fairy Aesthetics is no longer responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For safety and delivery reliability, we may be unable to ship future orders to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful deliveries.
